Start with a gradual approach to give your body time to adjust:

Days 1-2: ¼ teaspoon, twice daily (morning and evening)
Days 3-4: ½ teaspoon, twice daily (morning and evening)
Days 5-30: ¾ teaspoon, twice daily (morning and evening)

For optimal absorption, mix with 4-8 oz of dairy milk or a milk alternative, as the healthy fats help your body utilize the fat-soluble ingredients. While milk options work best, you can also blend it into juice or water if preferred.

Pineal Pro contains butter powder because it provides essential nutrients that are difficult to source from plants alone. Butter powder delivers Vitamin K2 (specifically MK-4), which helps remove calcium deposits from soft tissues like the pineal gland - a benefit not readily available from plant sources except natto. We chose not to include natto because, unlike grass-fed butter, it lacks the essential saturated fats, cholesterol, and fat-soluble vitamins A and D needed for pineal support, while also presenting challenges with its strong taste, allergen potential, and possible interactions with blood-thinning medications.

Additionally, butter provides natural butyric acid and specific cholesterol compounds that support hormone production and neurotransmitter function, which would otherwise require synthetic alternatives that don't align with our commitment to natural ingredients. While we respect vegan choices, we've formulated Pineal Pro with these specific butter-derived compounds to maximize effectiveness for pineal decalcification and optimal hormone balance.

We chose to use MSM in our product because, although it is lab-synthesized for purity, it replicates a naturally occurring sulfur compound found in fruits, vegetables, and rainwater, and provides vital bioavailable sulfur that supports detoxification and pineal clarity—aligning with our commitment to natural function and integrity over raw source form alone; additionally, MSM is a safe and non-toxic form of the compound, whereas DMSO, the only natural alternative, has been controversial and banned from use in foods and supplements.
